1. Technical Assistance

2. How to Disconnect TikTok
If you wish to revoke Social Drop’s access to your TikTok account, you can do so at any time:
- Open your TikTok app.
- Go to Settings and Privacy.
- Select Security & Login and then Manage app permissions.
- Find Social Drop and click Remove access.
3. Data Deletion Requests
In compliance with privacy regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of any data stored in our system. To initiate this process, please email soporte@socialdrop.online with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
4. Common Issues
- Login Failed: Ensure you are using a stable internet connection and that you have authorized all necessary permissions in the TikTok pop-up window.
- Dashboard Sync: If your metrics are not updating, try refreshing your connection in the “Settings” section of the app.
