3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at soporte@socialdrop.online of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by TikTok regarding your account as a result of your content or activity.

4. Integration with TikTok

Our application uses the TikTok Developer API. By using Social Drop, you are also bound by TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We do not store your TikTok password; all authentication is handled securely through TikTok’s official OAuth process.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any local, state, or international law.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform.
  • Use automated scripts to collect information from the platform without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Social Drop (excluding user-provided content) are the exclusive property of Social Drop and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Social Drop is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Social Drop be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
